Transporter t5 front door hinge pins got a problem with the drivers door catching and my mechanic friend tells me the bottom hinge pin is worn slightly causing the door to drop. i have been onto vw and they tell me you have to buy a complete new hinge, but the mechanic says it would be easier to replace the pin and it wont disturb the paintwork.
